VetStrategy seeks a Practice Manager to join our Pembroke, Ontario network. Lead clinical and support teams across one or more clinics, drive performance, and oversee daily operations to deliver outstanding veterinary care and client experience.

You will manage budgets, analyze financials, and shape growth initiatives while ensuring compliance and a strong community presence. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for teams and pets.

What You’ll Do

• Foster strong client relationships and ensure a consistent, compassionate experience
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and health & safety standards
• Champion local marketing and community outreach initiatives
• Implement strategic initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Financial acumen and comfort with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dayforce)
• A passion for client service and team development
• Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
