Job summary

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is seeking a Practice Manager to unify operations across Brooks, Taber and Lethbridge clinics, coordinating administrative workflows, scheduling, billing, and client needs. This role drives cross-location alignment, supports hiring, onboarding, and people leadership while improving processes and service delivery.

You will partner with clinic leaders, veterinarians, and support teams to scale a high-performing practice that delivers exceptional value to cattle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations in professional-services management, practice management, office management, veterinary-clinic leadership or healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated success supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee-integration processes.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, you work effectively with veterinarians, technicians, administrative staff, leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client-Service and Administrative Operations across Brooks, Taber and Lethbridge.
• Drive Operational Consistency by standardizing workflows and optimizing efficiency.
• Support Our People Leaders and Hiring Process with interviews, onboarding and training coordination.
• Foster Cross-Clinic Integration and Communication through regular coordination and resource balancing.
• Champion Continuous Improvement with SOPs, metrics tracking and process enhancements.
