• Proficient in Yardi property management software or other similar software.

• Oversee operations of the on-site team and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage overall community budget and finances.
• Coordinate leasing/marketing goals with leasing staff.
• Provide best-in-class service and communication to residents and prospects.
