The candidate will collaborate with Community leadership, Operations, Finance, Facilities, Culinary, Wellness, and Construction teams to drive preventative maintenance, capital investment planning, and standardized practices across

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in property asset management or facilities management.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in property/facilities management.
• Experience leading large-scale equipment procurement.
• Multi-site operations experience; seniors housing/healthcare/hospitality asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP/Maintenance management systems an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight of property asset management across all properties.
• Ensure reliability, compliance, and lifecycle management of building systems.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and audit adherence to standards.
• Advise Community leaders on facilities operations and asset condition.
• Lead procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
