Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to tell the story of Ontario’s iconic four-season resort. From powder days to summer adventures, you’ll craft content across digital channels, bringing the mountain experience to life for guests and followers.

You will produce, edit, and publish photo/video content, manage social channels, and support influencer partnerships, events, and campaigns year-round, focusing on engaging storytelling and brand growth.

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional experience in social media or marketing communications.
• Experience shooting and creating organic content using in-app effects and editing tools.
• Advanced written and verbal communication with strong social copywriting and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of paid social advertising and emerging AI-driven search fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Capturing, producing, and editing engaging photo and video content for social media, web, email, and digital marketing channels.
• Creating compelling written and visual content to bring the resort to life and support campaigns.
• Managing Blue Mountain’s social channels, engaging with the online community, and monitoring trends.
• Coordinating visits for media and influencers, coordinating content opportunities, and supporting coverage of the resort.
• Developing content calendars, coordinating shoots, attending events, and maintaining a steady stream of content year-round.
• Monitoring content performance and staying current on social media, SEO, AI search, and digital marketing trends.
