Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort seeks a Social Media & Content Specialist to tell the story of Ontario's iconic four-season resort. From powder days to summer events, you’ll bring the mountain experience to life across digital channels.

The role requires 2+ years in social media or content, strong writing, and the ability to shoot and edit native content. This is a full-time, on-site position with health benefits and vibrant team events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in social media, content creation or marketing communications.
• Experience shooting and creating native content using in-app effects and editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with solid copywriting.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising and AI-driven search fundamentals.
• Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Capture, produce, and edit photo/video content for social, web, email, and digital marketing.
• Create written and visual content that highlights seasonal experiences and campaigns.
• Manage Blue Mountain's social channels and engage with online communities.
• Coordinate with media and influencer partnerships and manage related logistics.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate shoots and events year-round.
• Monitor performance and apply trends in social media and SEO.
