Job summary

HUB International in Regina is seeking a Motor License Issuer Supervisor to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will coordinate scheduling, handle escalations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining accuracy on licensing and registrations.

  • Experience in motor licensing, auto insurance operations, or a related regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a hands-on, team-first approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team under pressure.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Availability to work daytime, evening, weekend, and statutory holiday shifts as required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Motor License Issuer staff during daily operations, providing real-time guidance and hands-on floor support
  • Mentor and train new and existing team members on processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with scheduling, coverage planning, and workload allocation
  • Handle escalated client issues and complex transactions, escalating to the Team Lead where appropriate
  • Support clients with licensing, registration, auto policies, and related inquiries with accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor operational workflows including mail, inventory, and transaction tracking
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance tasks as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to SGI and all applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead and Provincial Motor License Issuer Lead on departmental improvements

Motor License Issuer Supervisor – Regina

Reporting to the Motor License Issuer Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, support staff on the floor, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This role blends supervisory responsibilities with direct client interaction, making it a great fit for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
