• Cultivates and manages relationships with a referral network to build a pipeline of mortgage opportunities.
• Identifies sales opportunities and refers to colleagues as appropriate.
• Develops and executes marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
• Adheres to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
• Proactively develops local partnerships to discuss home financing solutions.
• Supports targeted marketing programs, promotions, and initiatives.
• Acts on cross-sell opportunities to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Represents the Bank at trade shows, conferences, and related events.
• Guides customers through mortgage applications and processing steps.
• Collaborates with branch teams to hand off customers and finalize mortgage documents.
