Job summary

Desjardins Technology Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a client-focused sales professional to develop mortgage financing opportunities with real estate brokers and developers. This role offers 100% commission-based pay and requires frequent travel, bilingual French/English, and strong relationship-building skills.

You will prospect, analyze client needs, prepare tailored financing offers and promote the full Desjardins suite, including insurance.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Advanced proficiency in English due to duties or tools and English-speaking interactions.
• Available for frequent travel as requested by members and clients.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Available 7 days a week including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with market intermediaries such as real estate agencies, brokers and developers.
• Invest in client prospecting.
• Target and analyze client needs, develop strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers.
• Promote the overall offer, including insurance and cross-selling.
• Maintain a presence in the local business community.
• Comply with laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
• Stay updated on financial services industry news and market trends.
