Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a mortgage sales professional in Canada to build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, brokers and developers. You will prospect clients, analyze needs, and prepare offers that meet targeted results while promoting insurance and cross‑selling.

Fluency in French and strong English communication are required, with Spanish or another language a plus. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered)
• French language proficiency required
• Intermediate English communication skills due to duties or work tools
• Intermediate Spanish or other third language due to duties or client interactions
• Availability for frequent travel as required by members and clients
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, 7 days a week
