Your Role:

We are growing fast and our team is looking for aMortgage Administrator – Collections & Legalto help us manage and maintain the daily administration of mortgage accounts, with a focus on collections, legal proceedings, and closures. This position is full-time.

Just as we customize solutions for our clients, we provide our Collections Administrators with the tools they need to promptly and effectively support our clients—especially during complex or sensitive stages of the mortgage lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is smart, detail-oriented, client-focused, and keen to be a part of something great!

Must Haves:

  • Experience working inmortgage servicing, particularly incollections, legal, or foreclosure/closure processes
  • Familiarity withmortgage enforcement, includingpower of sale, foreclosure, and legal correspondence
  • Ability to effectively maintain strong relationships with THINK Financial clients while managing delinquent or at-risk accounts
  • Comfortable working in afast-paced environmentand staying current with regulatory and procedural changes
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English; French is a bonus!
  • History of delivering an extraordinary experience with a focus on results—even in challenging situations
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to convey solutions clearly and confidently
  • Proven ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Experience with tools such ase-faxing, DocuSign, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Slack
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Familiarity withcollections softwareoraccounts receivable platformsis advantageous

The Work:

  • Maintain and promote the company’s mortgage products and services throughout the collections and legal process
  • Respond to and process client requests quickly and accurately, including payment arrangements, legal notices, and discharge requests
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following company guidelines and compliance regulations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of all company products, services, and legal procedures
  • Handle customer issues/concerns with tact and urgency; provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, legal documents, and account updates
  • Liaise with legal counsel, external partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant file management
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
