The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls from customers, follow a provided script to gather key information or provide guidance, and seamlessly transfer the call to the internal collections team for resolution. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding outstanding balances or account inquiries. Follow pre-written scripts accurately and professionally during every customer interaction.
• Gather and confirm required information from the customer as instructed in the script.
• Transfer the call to the appropriate internal team to complete the collection process.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone with all callers.
• Log call details accurately into the internal system.

Requirements
