Job summary

Near North District School Board in Humphrey, ON is seeking a 0.5 Temporary Custodian to support custodial/maintenance duties at Humphrey Public School.

The role requires a Secondary School Graduation Diploma and prior building and grounds maintenance experience. Hours are 7:30am to 11:30am, with pay from $26.47 to $27.57 per hour. Open to all eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Graduation Diploma required.
• Previous experience in building and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to ensure a clean, safe and healthy environment.
• Grounds maintenance, waste removal, dust control, cleaning of glass/mirrors, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, floor refinishing; maintain custodial supplies inventory; sanitize fixtures and surfaces.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor or principal.
