Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open/secure buildings at start and end of shift.
• Attend to permits and assist Lead Hand and colleagues with permit specifications.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize, dust, and manage waste; ensure recycling is collected as required.
• Perform grounds maintenance: pick up debris, cut grass, rake leaves, and keep areas safe and clean.
• Log project work in the cleaning schedule records as per procedures.
