Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or major development initiatives.
• Expert-level Java development with Spring technologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications using RESTful APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Java-based application development initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering excellence and secure, scalable solutions.
• Design service-oriented and event-driven solutions; integrate with financial institutions and payment networks.
• Participate in agile planning, CI/CD, and production deployments; improve observability.
