The Link: Youth and Family Supports is seeking a Crisis Response Worker for the Mobile Crisis Team in Winnipeg, MB. You will provide crisis intervention by phone and in person, supporting youth, families and caregivers within a trauma-informed framework.

Responsibilities include on-site interventions, safety planning, and collaboration with partner agencies. Overnight shifts are required; valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Understanding impacts of trauma on Indigenous peoples in Canada.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Answer crisis line, assess and provide interventions on the phone and in the community.
• Provide on-site intervention including mediation, safety plans, and follow-up plans for youth and families.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure continuity and communication across systems.
