Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills (percentages, discounts, markups).

You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping client locations safe, functional, and customer-ready by maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities.

As part of CBRE’s Engineering & Technical Services team, you’ll work across multiple sites, handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-demand repairs for mechanical, electrical, and general building systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated technician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a visible impact while representing a global leader in facilities management.

What You’ll Do

• Perform ongoing general maintenance on facility infrastructures.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver’s License required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
