Job summary

CBRE in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large-sized buildings and industrial systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and assist with installation and modification of equipment to ensure energy efficiency and compliance with codes. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

About The Role
