Job summary

Allied Universal in London, Ontario, is seeking a Security Mobile Supervisor to deliver professional, front-line security services on a part-time basis. The role emphasizes strong customer service, night shifts, and a professional demeanor within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include access control, incident de-escalation, patrols, and adherence to site procedures. Candidates should hold related licenses/certifications and be eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with access control and alarm systems.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• A valid G class driver's license and clear driver's abstract.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control for the facility and designated areas.
• Maintain a polished, professional image and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations as needed.
• Conduct patrols and follow site protocols including indoor and outdoor rounds.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during alarms and emergencies.
• Complete site-specific training and follow supervisor directions.
• Demonstrate sound judgment during emergencies or incidents.
• Maintain meticulous records and reports with clear communication.
• Operate and monitor security room equipment and complete required training.
