Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced plumbers to diagnose issues and complete residential plumbing service calls across Ontario. You will travel between properties and work independently within your verified scope.

Expect compensation based on experience and qualifications, with higher earnings for advanced or specialized scopes. You will document findings, take photos, use a mobile work app, and ensure leaks are contained and repaired safely to protect properties.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of paid professional plumbing experience.
Must hold valid plumber trade status that can be verified.
Able to diagnose and complete assigned plumbing service jobs independently.
Legally able to perform plumbing work through an appropriate contractor or business setup.
Experience with residential service calls and repairs.
Own vehicle to travel between properties, with tools and supplies.
Own plumbing tools and smartphone with GPS.
Strong safety, leak control, and scope understanding.
Basic English communication skills.
Punctual and GPS-enabled for appointments.

Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing problems before repairs or replacement.
Complete residential service calls and repairs within your scope.
Repair leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, valves, and fixtures.
Replace fixtures and simple dishwasher or laundry connections when appropriate.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify leaks or other problems.
Test repairs and ensure no leaks before leaving the property.
Record findings, parts used, and recommended follow-up work.
Take photos of the issue, repair area, damaged components, and completed work.
Report unsafe conditions or work outside approved scope.
Use a mobile app to receive work orders, read instructions, navigate, upload photos, and update statuses.
Travel between appointments using your own vehicle.
