Job summary

Royal York Property Management seeks experienced plumbers to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues across Ontario. You will travel to properties, document findings, and perform repairs, installations, and maintenance within your verified scope.

You will use a mobile work app to manage appointments, upload photos, and update job statuses, while ensuring safety and leak prevention. A valid trade status and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional plumbing experience
• Must hold valid plumber trade status
• Ability to diagnose and complete assigned plumbing service jobs independently
• Legally able to perform plumbing work through a contractor or business setup
• Experience with common residential repairs and service calls
• Own a reliable vehicle to travel between appointments
• Own plumbing tools and supplies appropriate for the scope
• Own a smartphone with GPS, camera, and job app access
• Strong plumbing safety and leak-prevention knowledge
• Good English communication skills and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend repairs or replacement
• Complete residential service calls and repairs within scope
• Repair leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, valves, and fixtures
• Fixture replacements and simple appliance connections when appropriate
• Inspect systems and identify leak sources and risk areas
• Respond to active leaks and mitigate water damage
• Test repairs and verify absence of leaks before leaving
• Record findings, parts used and follow-up recommendations
• Document work with photos and reports
• Travel between appointments using own vehicle and GPS
