Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced plumbers to diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs at residential properties across Ontario. You will travel to sites, work independently, and manage appointments using a mobile work app while ensuring safety and compliance.

Role requires five years of experience, valid trade status, own vehicle and tools, and the ability to document work with photos. GPS and smartphone use are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional plumbing experience.
• Must have valid plumber trade status that can be verified.
• Ability to diagnose and complete assigned plumbing service jobs independently.
• Must have own reliable vehicle to travel between appointments and carry tools.
• Own plumbing tools and equipment for approved scope.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Complete residential service calls and repairs within your scope.
• Repair leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, valves, and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify the source of leaks or issues.
• Record findings, parts used, and recommended follow-up work via mobile app.
