Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced plumbers to diagnose and repair residential plumbing at properties across Ontario. You will work independently, manage appointments via a mobile work app, and document findings while protecting properties from leaks and water damage.

The role emphasizes diagnostic ability, tool use, and reliable vehicle, with compensation based on experience and scope of work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional plumbing experience.
• Must hold valid plumber trade status verified.
• Ability to diagnose and complete assigned plumbing service jobs independently.
• Must have own vehicle and plumbing tools for service calls.
• Smartphone capable of GPS, photos, and app-based work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Complete residential service calls and repairs within scope.
• Repair leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, valves and fixtures.
• Record findings and parts used; take photos of work.
• Travel between appointments using own vehicle and GPS.
• Test completed work and ensure no leaks before leaving.
