Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced plumbers to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues across Ontario. You will travel between properties, perform service calls, fixtures replacements, and installations within your verified scope, using a mobile work app to receive orders, document work, and update statuses.

You must have at least 5 years of paid plumbing experience, hold valid trade status, bring your own vehicle and tools, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid professional plumbing experience.
• Must hold valid plumber trade status that can be verified.
• Must be able to diagnose and complete assigned plumbing service jobs independently without supervision.
• Must be legally able to perform plumbing work through an appropriate contractor or business setup.
• Experience completing common residential plumbing repairs and service calls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Complete residential plumbing service calls and repairs within scope.
• Repair leaks, toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, and valves.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify leak sources.
• Record findings, repairs, parts used, and follow-up recommendations.
