Job summary
Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Associate to support the operation and maintenance of mobile plant equipment across multiple locations in Southern Alberta. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adaptability in outdoor environments.
You will perform general labor, assist in routine inspections, and help manage material flow while following established safety procedures. Overtime and travel across locations are possible.

- Assist with the operation and maintenance of mobile plant equipment and mobile machinery.
- Perform general labor duties including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning.
- Support mobile plant operations by following safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor material flow and report irregularities to supervisors.
- Participate in routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Mobile plant moves across different locations in Southern Alberta.
