Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Associate to support the operation and maintenance of mobile plant equipment across multiple locations in Southern Alberta. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adaptability in outdoor environments.

You will perform general labor, assist in routine inspections, and help manage material flow while following established safety procedures. Overtime and travel across locations are possible.

What You'll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
• Mobile position that operates across multiple locations across Southern Alberta
