Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a hands-on labor associate to assist with mobile plant equipment operation and general site duties. You will perform routine cleaning, material handling, and safety-compliant tasks while supporting plant operations across multiple Alberta locations.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, travel to different sites, and maintain a strong safety mindset. Overtime and benefits are part of the package.

What You'll Be Doing

• - Assist with the operation and maintenance of mobile plant equipment and mobile machinery

• - Monitor material flow and report irregularities to supervisors

Conditions of Employment

• - Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

• - Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
• - Mobile position that operates across multiple locations across Southern Alberta
