Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a field associate to support the operation and maintenance of mobile plant equipment across Southern Alberta. This role requires physical labor, strict adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to travel to different sites.

Job description

Assist with the operation and maintenance of mobile plant equipment and mobile machinery

Perform general labor duties including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning

Support mobile plant operations by following safety and operational procedures

Monitor material flow and report irregularities to supervisors

Participate in routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance

Mobile plant moves across different locations in Southern Alberta

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
