Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to expand TD's mortgage initiatives across a national network from Richmond, BC. The role focuses on developing a new customer base by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates combine self-motivation with proven sales success, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a knowledge of retail banking.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with exceptional sales skills.
• Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and grow mortgage book of business.
• Drive mortgage development initiatives and close opportunities.
• Receive targeted sales training and leverage TD's sales systems for success.
