Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist in Brampton, Ontario, with a proven sales background and strong relationship-building skills. This remote-friendly position offers a competitive commission package, a laptop, a phone allowance, and a path to grow within a leading Canadian bank.

You will develop your mortgage business by networking with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence, while receiving targeted training and monthly coaching from your Sales

Qualifications

Proven sales track record.
Independent, self-managed professional who can develop new business in a fast-paced market.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships to grow mortgage business.
Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and centers of influence.
Engage in joint sales calls with your Sales Manager and participate in monthly coaching sessions.
Utilize TD's sales system to manage opportunities and track activities.
Attend targeted sales training to enhance credit knowledge and selling skills.
