Job summary

TD is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to expand the mobile mortgage sales force. The role focuses on developing new business by leveraging relationships with realtors, builders, and financial planners to grow TD's mortgage portfolio.

You will work with a Senior District Sales Manager, participate in targeted sales training, and benefit from a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive commission structure and benefits, plus a home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education (preferred).
• Strong sales and networking abilities in a fast-paced market.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand mortgage business, targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence.
• Collaborate with Senior District Sales Manager on joint sales calls; participate in monthly coaching sessions to improve skills and outcomes.
