Job summary

TD is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our growing sales force in Canada. You will develop and maintain customer relationships by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence.

Our comprehensive training and monthly coaching will help you succeed in a dynamic, multinational bank, while you build your own book of business with TD’s trusted brand. A laptop, email access, and a monthly phone allowance support your home-office setup.

Qualifications

Self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills.
Independent, self-managed professional who develops new business in a fast-paced market.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
Post-secondary education (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop mortgage development initiatives targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence.
Participate in targeted sales training to build skills and credit knowledge.
Work with Senior District Sales Manager on joint calls and monthly coaching sessions.
Utilize a sales management system to track activities and progress.
