Hiring: Mobile Marketing Manager (6-Month Contract | Remote | Paid UA + ASO Focus)

We're looking for a Mobile Marketing Manager to join a small but mighty marketing team for a 6-month contract.

You’ll lead mobile user acquisition and app store optimization efforts across global markets, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive growth. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing paid UA campaigns across iOS and Android (Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, etc.)
• Leading agency partners and overseeing strategy, budget, and performance KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS)
• Driving ASO strategy (metadata, screenshots, conversion rate testing) across 10+ markets
• Analyzing campaign data and app store trends to find growth opportunities
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years in mobile marketing, specifically paid UA and ASO
• Knows their way around AppsFlyer, SKAN 4.0, and subscription-based apps
• Understands mobile metrics, app store dynamics, and how to scale growth
• Can confidently lead agencies, make quick decisions, and deliver results fast
• Bonus: Experience in utilities, security, or freemium apps (or mobile gaming!)
