The Medical Office Administrator role with Lifemark is the initial point of contact for clients and acts as a resource for key customers. As a member of the Customer Contact Centre, this role is an integral position that assures Lifemark is able to provide early treatment intervention and access for patients who require quality treatment services. The ability to interact with staff, patients and customers/adjusters in a fast paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. The ideal individual has the capacity to work well under tight timelines while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Expert level written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required as well as a strong decision making ability and attention to detail. This person must be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a variety of key customers.
