Job summary

OMS / Royal Drugs in Mississauga is seeking a Staging Associate to accurately pick, stage, label, and pack TPN and Homecare products for cleanroom production. You will follow worksheets and procedures to keep inventory and quality standards.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months in a warehouse/production setting, and attention to detail. Experience in a pharmacy environment is an asset. On-site work with safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse/production environment is preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or handling medicines is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage materials and supplies for TPN and Homecare production per worksheets and procedures.
• Label and package finished products to ensure proper identification and integrity for shipment.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform monthly expiry checks to support production demands.
• Ensure proper inventory rotation using FEFO principles.
• Decontaminate materials and supplies when transferring to cleanroom environments using approved cleaning agents.
• Perform in-process and final product inspections per SOPs.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas to meet compliance standards.
• Handle and dispose of expired or unusable products and biohazard waste per procedures.
