Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale building projects.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and networking abilities.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and manage budgets and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and organization of multidisciplinary project teams for design and delivery.
• Manage design of mission critical and data center facilities with reliability focus.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, codes, approvals, and project documentation.
