Qualifications

• Experience with mission critical and data center facilities, including projects valued at $30M or more.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and organization of multidisciplinary project teams for design, production, and document delivery.
• Manage the design of robust, resilient mission critical and data center facilities, ensuring reliability and operational continuity.
• Oversee budgeting, codes, and approval processes; monitor financial tracking and project documentation.
• Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and client interactions; travel for site visits as needed.
