Job summary

Dumas Contracting Ltd. is seeking a Project Clerk in Timmins, Ontario. The role supports payroll, purchases, and site liaison under the Project Superintendent, with a Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 shift and a permanent full-time contract.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of clerical experience, proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office, and strong organizational skills. Fluency in English is required; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clerical experience required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support time and attendance tracking.
• Assist with travel and lodging arrangements.
• Participate in inventory control and procurement.
• Expedite orders and track shipments as needed.
• Respond to head office inquiries on hires, rate changes and timesheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
