Job summary
Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sector Leader (RSL) for Energy & Resources, focusing on growth for the Mining Sector in Canada East (Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick).
The RSL will drive sector strategies, pursue opportunities, and lead regional staffing and performance initiatives with travel up to 20%. The role reports through the Sector Leader and collaborates with BC Practice Leaders and Account Managers to advance regional business plans and sales
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to engage, connect and motivate others.
- Deep knowledge of multi-discipline engineering services and project delivery.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal hours.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sector leaders to assess market potential and develop sector growth strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of sector-related industry drivers, trends, and regulations.
- Support Sector Leader in identifying sector Top Pursuits and long-term strategy for the region.
- Meet regional sector targets and participate in go/no-go decisions for sector projects.
- Identify regional opportunities, engage in relationship development and pursuit activities.
