Qualifications

• Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic/Industrial Mechanic license required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related mining equipment experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues on mining equipment.
• Willingness to travel to local mine sites and across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service mining equipment per defined procedures.
• Plan tools and parts required for tasks and perform commissioning.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve problems.
• Provide preventive and cost-efficient repairs.
• Coach customer technicians and guide junior staff where needed.
• Ensure safety standards are followed in all tasks.
