Job summary

A staffing agency in Ontario is seeking a Millwright/Refrigeration B Operator for a client in the Greater Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo area. The role requires a valid Refrigeration A or B Operator certificate, basic knowledge of machine shop practices, and 2-5 years of industrial experience. Qualifications

• Valid Refrigeration A or B Operator Certificate with an Ontario Millwright or Industrial Electrician License.
• Basic knowledge of all machine shop practices including basic welding skills.
• 2-5 years industrial mechanical or electrical experience, preferably in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Service, clean, and perform preventative maintenance on plant services-related equipment.
• Coordinate the building systems operation including HVAC.
• Completion of daily refrigeration system readings.

Skills

Valid Refrigeration A or B Operator Certificate

Basic knowledge of machine shop practices

2-5 years industrial mechanical or electrical experience

Basic welding skills

Experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems

Education

Ontario Millwright or Industrial Electrician License
