One of our food processing clients in Flesherton, ON is looking for a Refrigeration B Operator for their facility.

Shift – 8 hour rotational

Pay – $40–$43/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, steam systems, refrigeration equipment, air compressors, and related utilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Monitor system performance and maintain accurate operating logs.
• Ensure compliance with TSSA regulations, food safety standards, and company safety policies.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations as required.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
