Job summary

Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Millwright Forepersons at the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. This is a working Foreperson position with leadership responsibilities on industrial sites.

Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Candidate tests include SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working in a Foreperson capacity.
• Valid Journeyperson (JM) Millwright Ticket.
• Experience with rigging, pumps, compressors, and static or rotating equipment.
• Experience assembling, installing, and aligning equipment.
• Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites.

Position Requirements

• Valid Journeyperson (JM) Millwright Ticket
• Experience with rigging, pumps, compressors, and static or rotating equipment
• Experience assembling, installing, and aligning equipment
• Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites

Compensation and Shift Details

• Base wage: $59.80 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
• ITC Premium: $2.5 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
• Overtime and weekend work may be required

• Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests
