Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Millwright Foreperson for the Path2Zero project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong experience on industrial sites and equipment installation, alignment, and maintenance.

You will lead field crews, coordinate with trades, and ensure safe, efficient operations on a major clean energy project slated for completion in 2028. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Position Summary

Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Millwright Forepersons at the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Position Requirements

• This is a working Foreperson position
• Minimum 5 years working in a Foreperson capacity
• Valid Journeyperson (JM) Millwright Ticket
• Experience with rigging, pumps, compressors, and static or rotating equipment
• Experience assembling, installing, and aligning equipment
• Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites

Compensation And Shift Details

• Base wage: $59.80 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
• ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
• Overtime and weekend work may be required

• Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests
