Job summary

Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Crane Operators for the Path2Zero project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The role requires operating Tadano RT cranes up to 100T and holding a valid Journeyman Crane Operator Ticket, plus a clean five-year driving abstract. Base wage starts at $53.20 per hour with night shift and ITC premiums, and overtime may be required.

Shifts Monday to Thursday, 10 hours, Friday 8 hours. Applicants must pass SureHire tests; no travel or living-out expenses provided.

Position Summary

Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Crane Operators for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Position Requirements
  • Must have experience with Tadano RT Cranes up to 100T
  • Possession of a valid Journeyman (JM) Crane Operator Ticket
  • A clean five-year driver’s abstract is required
Compensation And Shift Details
  • Base wage: $53.20 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
  • Nightshift: $3.00 per hour premium if working nights
  • ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
  • Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
  • Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
  • Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required
Additional Information
  • Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests
  • No travel and living-out expenses provided
