Job summary

Jardeg-Construction is recruiting an Apprentice Millwright for the CNRL Albian outage near Fort McMurray, Alberta. The role supports Heartland Constructors Inc. during the October outage window with night shifts and camp accommodations.

Responsibilities include interpreting manuals, performing preventive mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic maintenance, and lubricating moving parts with precise tolerances. Flights from Edmonton/Calgary are provided.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test.
• CSTS 09 or CSO certification is required.
• Knowledge of Confined Space safety requirements.
• Fall Protection certification or training.
• Basic Rigging skills or training.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals to determine standard operating and maintenance procedures.
• Perform Scheduled or preventive maintenance in mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs of equipment.
• Lubricate moving parts including bearings, gears and shaft, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances.

Jardeg is recruiting Apprentice Millwrights to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for the 2026 October Outage. Day and night shifts are available. Flights are provided from Edmonton and Calgary.

Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade. This is a temporary role starting as early as October 5th and lasting as late as October 23rd.
