Job summary

Jardeg is recruiting a Journeyperson Millwright with Vibration Analysis experience to join Heartland Constructors Inc. at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta.

This permanent position offers a day shift on a 4/3 schedule, with flights provided from Edmonton and Calgary. Responsibilities include reading manuals, performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and lubricating bearings, gears, shafts, and couplings to precise tolerances.

Qualifications

• Vibration analysis experience is required.
• Must be able to interpret equipment manuals for maintenance procedures.
• Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals to determine standard operating and maintenance procedures.
• Perform scheduled or preventive maintenance in mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs of equipment.
• Lubricate moving parts and connect motors, belts, and drives to precise tolerances.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret equipment manuals to determine standard operating and maintenance procedures.
• Perform Scheduled or preventive maintenance in mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs of equipment
• Lubricate all moving parts including bearings, gears and shaft, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances.

Position Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
• Vibration Analysis: Category 2
• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• CSTS 09 or CSO
• Confined Space
