Groupe AGF inc. - AGF Group Inc. in Kitchener is seeking a Millwright for the afternoon shift.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, overhaul and install equipment, rebuild parts, weld as needed, and read schematics. This role requires 3+ years of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic experience; licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred. Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical/electrical/pneumatical/hydraulic experience preferred.
• Licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred.
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Overhaul and install new equipment as needed.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Weld components as required.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
• Perform facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Submit parts requests to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Create and complete work orders as assigned.
• Conduct equipment changeovers and production line setups.

Join a team! AGF Rebar is seeking a Millwright at our Kitchener location for theafternoon shift.

Since 1948, AGF has played a key role in the supply and installation of reinforcing steel, with over 50,000 projects completed across the country and beyond. We've contributed to major construction projects such as the light-rail transit in Toronto, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and the SickKids Research Institute. What we offer :

• Competitive salary of $44,91/hour;
• Evening premium of $1.00/h, if applicable for this position;
