Qualifications

• Licensed Red Seal Millwright with ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical production machinery.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience on industrial equipment.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and operate shop equipment safely.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment on a straight Day or Afternoon shift.
• Review equipment safety devices and ensure excellent working condition.
• Troubleshoot and modify production equipment and fabrication as needed.
• Perform maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
• Install, assemble, position, and mechanically set up new equipment; complete PM tasks.

Qualifications

Licensed Red Seal Millwright with capability to troubleshoot and repair of mechanical production machinery.

Minimum 5 Years Experience As a Maintenance Millwright.

Experience with injection mold presses an asset

Must demonstrate capability to effectively use shop equipment for fabrications (ie. welder, lathe, mill, drill press)

Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.;

Must be able to understand the work order requirements;

Must be able to keep up to fast paced activities;

Must have very good written and oral communication skills; some computer skills; able to pass a mechanical aptitude test; able to work very well in a team environment or independently

able to determine where your assistance is required.

Must be a team player who is flexible and able to communicate well with other team members.
