Base pay range

CA$39.00/hr - CA$40.00/hr

Title: Licensed Millwright (433A)

Location: Vaughan, ON

Pay Rate: $39.92 – $41.59/hr.

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour continental shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings.
Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems while adhering to safety standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and submit requisitions for spare parts as needed.
Operate hand and power tools as well as maintenance shop equipment.
Provide technical advice and guidance to supervisors and co-workers.
Install or replace meters, regulators, and related measuring/control devices.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid 433A Millwright License.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficient in reading blueprints and equipment manuals.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with safe use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
